What Does This Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in your new PAN LLC Container.

How Long Does The Coverage Last?

This warranty lasts 365 days from the date purchased. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the PAN LLC product.

What Will PAN LLC Do?

PAN LLC will replace any defective or malfunctioning part at no charge. You must pay any shipping charges.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as a fire) are not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Proper Use and Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your PAN LLC Container, it's important to spray the interior of the pan with form or vegetable oil to prevent materials from sticking each use. Pans should also be pressure washed to remove any residue to prevent buildup and stress from materials requiring extra force to release materials. All users of the pan, including lift operators, must read and understand the engineering calculation packets rigging requirements.

How Do You Get Service?

In order to be eligible for service under this warranty, you MUST return the warranty registration card attached below within 30 days of purchasing the PAN LLC product(s). Each serial number MUST be listed.

If something goes wrong with your PAN LLC product, contact Washout Pan by email sales@washoutpan.com or by mail:

We will inspect your PAN LLC product and contact you within 72 hours to give the results of our inspection and an estimate of charges, if any, required to fix or replace the PAN LLC product. If you authorize repairs, we will return the repaired item to you COD within 30 business days. You must pay any labor/freight charges upon receipt of the repaired item.

If you inform us that you wish us to provide necessary parts to you but you wish to have repairs performed elsewhere, we will return the product and replacement parts to you within 10 business days.

There is no charge for inspection.

How Does State Law Apply?

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Please note that PAN LLC holds a hold harmless clause with all products. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to this clause.
