Return Policy for Washout Pan LLC

  1. Returns and Refunds: At Washout Pan LLC ("WP"), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the Product purchased directly from WP within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note, the Product must be in new, sellable condition. This return policy does not apply to products identified as non-returnable by WP.

  2. How to Return: To initiate a return, please call our WP Customer Care Center at 1-323-963-4117 or email a return request to sales@washoutpan.com. Our team will provide you with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form and detailed instructions on how to return your Product.

  3. Required Information: Your return request should include the following information: (1) date and proof of purchase, (2) full name, (3) shipping address, (4) phone number, (5) e-mail address, (6) item number(s) or approximate weight of return package. Any return request without the required information may not be processed.

  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping costs related to returning the Product to WP. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insuring the package for the full value. WP will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping, and no refund will be issued unless a valid proof of delivery can be provided.

  5. Refund Process: Upon receipt of the returned Product, our team will review your return request and inspect the Product. If the return is approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your credit card company or bank.

  6. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a Product that is damaged or defective, please contact our WP Customer Care Center immediately at 1-323-963-4117 or email sales@washoutpan.com. WP will repair or replace its Products which fail to meet the use warranty standards or provide a refund by repaying or crediting Customer with an amount equal to the purchase price of such Products.

  7. Professional Use Products: For Customers who purchased the Product for professional use, the warranty terms as described in our Terms and Conditions of Sale apply.

  8. Governing Law: This return policy and the use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without reference to principles of conflicts of laws. The rights and obligations of the parties hereunder shall not be governed by the 1980 U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Please note: This return policy applies only to orders placed directly with WP. If you purchased our Product from a different retailer, please contact that retailer for return instructions.
