Inspection Requirements per ASME B30.20: Before and during each lift made by the lifter, Frequent inspection, Periodic inspection.  Operator should inspect the Washout Pan before and during each lift made by the lifter.  Visual examinations by the operator or other designated person(s) with records not required: Normal Service â Monthly, Heavy Service â Weekly to Monthly, Severe Service â Daily to Weekly, Special or Infrequent Service â As recommended by a qualified person before and after each occurrence.
DO NOT Lift people.
DO NOT Leave suspended.
DO NOT Make any alterations or repairs.
DO NOT Lift loads higher than necessary.
DO NOT Lift suspended loads over people.
DO NOT Get in the way of the suspended loads.
DO NOT Remove or obscuring warning labels.
DO NOT Fill more than 3/4 of listed volume capacity.
DO NOT Operate a damaged pan, or a pan with missing parts.
DO NOT Use without being certified to do so.
DO NOT Exceed the rated load, or lifting loads other than trade washout.

This safety document makes no attempt to reference all applicable rules and regulations or the purchasers and users company safety policies. Washout Pan does reference industry standards including ASME B30.20 ASME BTH-1.
Load test ratings provided by PAN LLCÂ are only applicable to like new condition products.
PAN LLC confidential & proprietary Devco Engineering Calculation Packets ore provided on a case by case basis to be use only for safety requirements - No duplication, publication or other use is allowed. Load test data is per model, not each pan.
All nameplates, warning labels must be visible. Contact PAN LLC to replace equipment safety labels.
